ROBERT J. YANACEK AGRINET® OPERATIONS/TRAFFIC MANAGER Robert Yanacek, a native of Euclid, Ohio, joined Ray Communications in September of 2001 following twenty-three years of service in the United States Marine Corps. A 1982 graduate of Cleveland State University, he entered the Marine Corps Reserve while completing his undergraduate studies and performed a variety of duties while serving as infantryman. Upon receiving his Bachelor's Degree, Robert entered active service. Quickly advancing in rank, he served in a variety of billets over the next twenty years including: Data Systems Manager; Quality Assurance Manager; Human Resources Manager; Operations Analyst; Recruiting Operations Manager; Special Projects Officer, and Regional Recruiting Operations Manager. He has served on numerous Marine Corps personnel procurement workgroups as a technical expert, and has had the opportunity to brief top-level officials including the Secretary of the Navy. Retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2001, Robert, his wife, and their seven children moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina just prior to him joining the Ray Communications team. In addition to his Bachelor's Degree, Robert has also completed the Xerox Professional Selling Skills Course, as well as numerous military professional development courses. His personal awards include the: Meritorious Service Medal; Navy Commendation Medal (3 Awards), and; Navy Achievement Medal (2 Awards). Since joining Ray Communications, Robert has worked in all facets of operations, traffic and website development. |
